Mr. Lear's practice primarily involves representing individuals and businesses in lawsuits at the pretrial, trial and appellate court levels, as well as handling lawsuits filed in various arbitration tribunals. He also has experience representing brokerage firms and investment representatives in cases filed before the National Association of Securities Dealers and the New York Stock Exchange Arbitration Tribunals. More recently, Mr. Lear has focused his practice on representing individuals injured through the negligent or malicious conduct of others. Mr. Lear's experience with high-value cases from both the plaintiff's and defendant's side, allows him a "big picture" point of view in resolving the issues facing his clients. 

Mr. Lear graduated from the University of Missouri-Columbia School of Law, where he was selected as a member of the Order of the Coif, the Order of Barristers, and the Missouri Law Review.
